Hot Ham Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 cup minced ham
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 12 slices toast

Instructions

1. 1Mix ham, eggs, and mustard. Sauté ham mixture by spoonfuls, making a thin cake to fit a slice of toast. Place between pieces of hot buttered toast, cut diagonally, and serve hot. Servings, 6.
