Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or consomme
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and cayenne
Instructions
- Beat yolks of eggs, add lemon juice, and broth. Then cook together until thick like custard. Beat in butter, add salt, and cayenne to taste.
