Halibut In Scallop Shells

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cooked halibut
- Onion slices
- Mashed potato
Instructions
- Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, and milk. Season to taste and add the baked halibut.
- Fill scallop shells and cover with the halibut mixture. Decorate each with mashed potato put through a pastry tube, garnish with onion slices, and heat thoroughly.
