Ginger Pear Jam
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups canned pears
- 1/2 cup crystallized ginger
- 2 lemons
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup pectin
Instructions
- Chop pears, add finely cut ginger, juice and grated rind of lemons, and sugar. Cook slowly for ten minutes. Add pectin and boil rapidly for five minutes.
