Mix cinnamon, sugar, and salt together. Put alternate layers of bread, bananas, sugar mixture and raisins into a buttered pudding dish, and add water. Cover, and bake thirty minutes in a moderate oven; remove cover and brown. Serve with cream, or meringue. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Servings, 6.
