- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups skimmed milk
- 2 eggs
- 6 slices toast
Instructions
- Melt butter and stir in flour, add milk and cook ten minutes. Add unbeaten eggs and stir well, season and serve on toast. Servings, 6.
