Egg Cream Toast

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups skimmed milk
• 2 eggs
• 6 slices toast

Instructions

1. 1Melt butter and stir in flour, add milk and cook ten minutes. Add unbeaten eggs and stir well, season and serve on toast. Servings, 6.
