Creamed Celery

Ingredients
- 1 quart diced celery
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil celery in salted water until tender. Drain, saving water for soup stock. Stir flour into melted butter until a smooth paste is formed and add milk. Cook until thick, season, and add celery. Servings, 6.
