Cream Of Pea And Tomato Soup

Ingredients

• 1 cup canned peas
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 can tomato soup
• Pinch of soda
• Salt, pepper

Instructions

1. 1Heat peas and force through a strainer. Add hot milk, and thicken with butter and flour rubbed together. Heat tomato soup, adding a pinch of soda, and seasonings. Add to first mixture just before serving. Servings, 5.
