Cream Dried Beef in Popover Cases

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound smoked dried beef
- 1 1/2 cups sweet milk
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over the beef and let stand five minutes. Mix milk and flour and cook three minutes. Add butter, and dried beef, and cook ten minutes.
- Cut slice from top of popovers and fill with the creamed beef. Place a dot of butter on top and dust lightly with paprika.
