Cream Dressing No. 3
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
- Speck cayenne
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add butter and vinegar. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add egg yolk and cook one minute. Cool, and add cream which has been stiffly beaten.
