Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Salt, pepper and paprika
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Chicory
- Sliced pickles
- Olives
Instructions
- Flake crab, and add to diced celery, season with vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Chill thoroughly, mix with three tablespoons mayonnaise, and heap on lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with mayonnaise, chicory, sliced pickles, and olives.
- Keep cool until served.
