Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can corn
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Melt butter, mix with flour, and pour milk on gradually. Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly. Add corn, seasonings, yolks of eggs well beaten, and stiffly beaten whites. Turn into buttered baking dish and bake in a moderate oven in the oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Servings, 6.
