Corn Meal Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 2 cups white corn meal
- 1 quart boiling water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 2 egg yolks
- Grated cheese
- Melted butter
Instructions
- Cook first five ingredients together for twenty minutes. Beat in egg yolks. Spread one-half inch thick on a moistened pan. When cold cut in two-inch cubes, and place in a buttered dish. Sprinkle with cheese and melted butter, and bake until brown in a moderately hot oven for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
