Ingredients
- 4 cups strained pumpkin
- 4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- Combine ingredients for filling. Pour into pastry-lined pie plates and bake in moderately hot oven until firm in the oven for 45 minutes at 400 degrees 5 minutes, 350 degrees 40 minutes.
