Cocoanut Date Filling

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons cocoanut
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup dates, ground
• 3 tablespoons orange juice
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

1. 1Mix ingredients, and cook slowly together until thick enough to spread between cakes. Remove from fire. Cool, and add vanilla.
