Mix with cocoa until a smooth paste, add condensed milk and cook in double boiler thirty minutes. Cool, add vanilla and bottle. For children's cocoa add one tablespoon of syrup to cup of hot milk, or water and milk. As a sauce for puddings, and as the liquid in mixing frosting use syrup undiluted.
