Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soda
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons grated chocolate
- 1/2 cup seeded raisins
Instructions
- Mix liquids. Combine all other ingredients. Then add liquid. Pour mixture in greased and floured cake tin and bake in a moderate oven in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
