Add egg well beaten.2Mix and sift flour, soda, baking-powder, spices, and salt, then add rolled oats, and add to first mixture alternately with milk.3Mix fruit and nuts with a little extra flour and add to dough. The pineapple should be well drained.4Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake in a moderately hot oven, in the oven for 8 minutes at 375 degrees.
