Brown Butter Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

1. 1Melt butter and when it begins to brown, add chopped parsley, lemon juice, or tarragon vinegar. Serve hot.
