Heat and brown slightly in hot oven, transfer to platter, and serve. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.3To prepare the meat, grind or chop in small pieces and moisten with an equal quantity of gravy, or of sauce made with milk and seasoned and thickened with flour (two level tablespoons to one cup milk).
