Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pint milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon flavoring
Instructions
- Beat eggs slightly and add to scalded milk with sugar, salt, and flavoring. Pour into custard cups, set in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Servings, 6.
