Atlantic City Penoche

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons pulverized coffee
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup rich milk or cream
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

1. 1Stir pulverized coffee into dry sugar, add milk and boil to soft ball stage. Add butter and nuts, stir until candy thickens. Pour into a buttered dish and cut into squares.
