Asparagus Maitre d'Hotel

Ingredients

• 1 can asparagus tips
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

1. 1Heat asparagus. Cream butter, add lemon juice, seasonings, and parsley. Put on asparagus and let butter melt. Serve on thin slices of toast. Servings, 4.
